Please inform us at reception if you have any food allergies. We will be happy to advise you as to which dishes from the buffet are suitable for you. For a small extra charge, we can prepare something special for you. Hypoallergenic bedding is also available on request.

The childrens' playroom is located on the second basement level of the new building. Open from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm (for small children). Older children and teenagers are welcome to spend time in the chill-out lounge next to the indoor pool. The forest playground is approx. 400 m from the hotel. Children accompanied by their parents have unrestricted access to the wellness facilities.

All-inclusive drinks are available during the day at the bar in the dining room. During dinner we will serve drinks at your table. Pets are welcome. However animals are not allowed in the dining room (buffets) during meal times or the wellness area (sauna area, indoor pool, lawn). Pets cost EUR 12,-- per night (without food). Should your pet cause any damage to the property, we will have to charge extra. Please bring your own blanket or mat. In Hart in Zillertal dogs must be kept on a leash and you are required to pick up your dog's waste. Please do not allow dogs to defaecate in fields or meadows, dog faeces have a very negative impact on the fertility of cattle, which is why farmers do not welcome dogs on their land!

You can keep your room key for the entire duration of your stay (housekeeping staff have their own keys). The key unlocks the ski storage room, the bike storage room and all hotel entrances. Please do not lose your room key; replacement keys and locks are very expensive for master key systems.

Room cleaning usually takes place between 8.00 am and 2.00 pm. If the "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed during these times, your room will not automatically be cleaned afterwards. Please inform reception when cleaning staff may enter your room.

The sauna area is open daily from 3.00 to 7.00 pm.
The sauna is a place of peace and relaxation. The cabins are strictly textile-free areas. Sauna towels are provided.
Children must be accompanied by their parents in the sauna.
Please do not use your own sauna infusions or similar products (fire hazard). Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the sauna!

Numerous shopping opportunities are available in Fügen, the next large shopping centre is in Schwaz (Stadtgalerien) or Innsbruck.
